NEC Tokin Problem and Solution

The problem is caused by NEC TOKIN 0E907  Proadlizer  PF/A Capacitor for High Speed Decoupling Device, witch is responsible of coupling or decoupling the CPU hi speed/hi power(ac plugged in) or low speed/low power(ac unplugged).

1. Random Restart on AC or DC
2. Random Shutdown when plugged AC power
3. All Working fine but No Display
4. VRM not working
5. System Shutdown or Restart on Windows Flag Boot Process


Fix it


 Remove NEC Tokin and place Component This Example.
